Meet our Instructors!

Nicole Goodenough
I am a recovering addict since 2016 and will share my story with anyone that needs hope! I have a great family and wonderful friends that I love to cheer for. I combine a mixture of Hatha, Power Yoga, Restorative, and Vinyasa yoga. All of these styles of yoga can be done by beginners or experienced students. In some classes, poses will be held longer, focusing on breathing through the stretch (hatha and restorative). Some classes will be slow movement yoga (vinyasa) and power yoga will get your blood moving and encourage positive energy throughout your day.
I support anything that promotes peace, joy, and equality. I’m super excited to help others find their inner peace, whether through yoga or a kind word. I have a wonderful husband, Daniel, two awesome boys, Elijah Rain and Henry Jackson, and three perfect Angel cats!
Anna Redmill
I began my yoga journey in 2008 when I began healing myself after surviving a few months of cancer treatments. By implementing a daily yoga practice I realized how powerful yoga is for the body, mind and spirit. This inspired me to become a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance in the spring of 2010. Since then I have been offering Hatha and restorative yoga to those in my community. When not teaching yoga you can find me with my horses riding through the wilderness and beyond!
Susan Punton
Susan, often called Sue, hails from Northeast England and has embraced life in the USA for the past 26 years, proudly calling Jasper her hometown. Family is at the heart of her life, including her beloved dogs, earning her the title of a "crazy dog lady.” A passionate gardener, Sue enjoys getting her hands dirty and has recently discovered the joy of diamond art painting, a creative outlet that allows her to unwind and express herself artistically. Health and fitness have always been priorities for her, with barre workouts being her preferred form of exercise. The closure of her favorite studio, where she both attended and taught classes, has left a noticeable gap in her routine. Now, Sue is thrilled about the opportunity to join the Massage Den and reintroduce barre to the Jasper community. She looks forward to reconnecting with old friends and making new ones as she embarks on this exciting journey.
Cindy Swann
Until I began practicing meditation in 2018, I always believed that meditation meant completely clearing your mind of all thoughts, all feelings, everything. However, up to this point in my journey I have learned that is not the case. That is a lofty goal of course, but I am just striving for a quieter mind and more relaxed body. That is where I start with my guided meditation classes. My goal is to help you along your journey . And it is a journey. A calmer outlook will not happen overnight and I am fully aware from personal experience that some days are harder than others to find that calm. Let me help you get started on your journey. I have been at the Yoga Den since the end of March 2025, starting as the bookkeeper. Now, I am still the bookkeeper and truly enjoy my work here, but now I also teach meditation.
Jordan Cagle
I’m Jordan! I am a musician and a gardener amongst many other hobbies. I love to hike and find my peace in nature. I started passively doing yoga and calisthenics in 2020, because I wanted to be strong and mobile, but fell in love with how it makes me feel, so I never stopped. It’s also just so fun! In this class, we will learn how to tap into the strength to manipulate our own body weight with slow, controlled movement. We will learn how to remain mobile as we do practical stretches and free our bodies for movement. Our bodies serve us so well and deserve to be cared for. They are capable of so much with just a little practice. The cool moves you’ll learn are just the cherry on top. I’m excited to have fun getting stronger with you!
