Power Yoga

Beginners Yoga is back to the basics, maintaining postures, learning to balance, concentrate and focus on your breathing pattern. These classes offer modifications so you can customize your class to fit your specific needs and level of expertise.

Hatha Yoga is a slower practice where you'll hold poses for longer than you would in a flow-style yoga class. This means it is a great practice for beginners and for people who want a more gentle activity that can help reduce stress and create mind-body awareness.

Power Yoga emphasizes the flow from one pose to the next. It is a fast-paced and intense activity. You move from one posture to another rapidly, linking your breathing to the different motions of your body and it may seem more like an aerobics class than a relaxed, mindful yoga experience.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga that involves modified poses and breathing exercises performed while seated or using a chair for balance. It's derived from traditional yoga, which has poses that date back over 5,000 years. Chair yoga can be suitable for people of all ages and experience levels, including seniors.
